First Use & Care

■Before First Use:
Bring equal parts water and white vinegar to a roiling boil in the pan over medium heat.Scrub the pan until that has been cleaned,carefully pour out the mixture.
Once you have scrubbed and reseasoned your pan, be sure to fully dry your pan with a dry cloth before storing it for your next meal.
NOTE:Avoid harsh scrubbers like steel wool.

■Cooking & Care
Stick to low- to medium-heat settings and keep them off high heat.
The rim is discolored with baked on oil. Make a paste out of baking soda and scrub it.
With the exception of preheating, empty pans should not be left on a hot burner as it can cause damage.
Don’t get so aggressive that you scratch the surface, especially if you’re using a metal bench scraper or spatula.
Overheating can cause cookware to change color, but will not affect its performance.
Let cool a few minutes until steam subsides, then rinse with warm water and dry immediately .

■Before First Use:
If your iron pot is first time, rub a tablespoon or two of oil over the interior and heat on medium for 3-5 minutes. Afterwards, wipe away any excess oil once cooled. You can repeat this monthly or as desired before cooking or storing.
NOTE:You shouldn’t cook any acidic foods in Iron cookwares. that simmering acidic ingredients in iron cookwares for longer periods of time can impart a metallic taste or affect your pan’s seasoning.

■Cooking & Care
We recommend oiling it about once every month to avoid it drying out and cracking
With the exception of preheating, empty pans should not be left on a hot burner as it can cause damage.

Overheating can cause cookware to change color, but will not affect its performance.
Iron cookware can work on induction cook tops.But don’t use them on high temps without a slow warm up. They can heat so fast that it cracks the iron. Start on low/med heats and turn up from there if needed.

■Before First Use:
Pot with 4/5 Full with water based recipes (rice, grains).
Cook on medium heat , until the mixture bubbles up .
Turn low heat and after 10 mins,discard the mixture and to fully dry your pan with low heat before storing it for your next meal.

■Before First Use:
Before its first use, a quick hand wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge will do! You’ll always want to use low to medium heat to preserve the nonstick coating.
NOTE:It’s safest to use a soft sponge when cleaning your pan, and steer clear of abrasive tools like steel wool.

Fill clay pot with 3/5 Full with water & 1/3 cup of water based recipes (rice, grains).
Stir the mixture and cook on low heat , until the mixture bubbles up .Water be absorbed in the clay and after 1 hour,discard the mixture and rinse well with waterand wipe dry.
NOTE:It’s safest to use a soft sponge when cleaning your pan, and steer clear of abrasive tools like steel wool.

Reseasoning.:Soak Pot in water all day,water be absorbed in the clay.
add 1 cup of water based recipes (rice, grains) .
Cook on low heat with lid on for about 30~60 minute.
Let the mixture cool down and after 1 hour, thoroughly wash it with an eco detergent. Rinse well and wipe dry.

●How hot can pans get?
Pots have different heat resistance limits.Never heat an empty pan. it may cause food to burn or damage.
Non-stick、Ceramic:Low to medium heat
Iron、Stainless steel: Low to higher heat

●How do I keep non stick pan utensil looking good?
Tools made from wood, silicone, and nylon are all fair game when it comes to cooking with non stick,. You should never use metal tools on your non stick pan as they can scratch or chip the coating. Note that non stick that with superficial marks are typically fine, but deep gouges that expose the meal underneath are prime breeding ground for bacteria—which is why, for your safety, we recommend replacing your non stick if it becomes heavily scratched.

●Is cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Not all pans work on induction cooktops.

●Iron Discoloration
Any discoloration or become patchy is normal for iron pan and doesn’t impact cooking typically it is just hard water deposits or oil residue.
We recommend washing it after each use; storing it properly; and stripping and reseasoning as needed.

●What is Neutral Detergent?
Neutral Detergent is safe for use on all aluminum, zinc, nonferrous metals and other delicate materials.

●Storing Tips
Cookware should not be placed in the dishwasher or submerged in water. It is recommended that you dry your pan and lid with a towel after washing.When storing make sure your pan are allow air flow.
